Dave sat down with Plumbing & HVAC Magazine to talk through how we bring industrial monitoring into a facility. With the hardware on the table, he explained what we install and how we help teams use the readings once the system is running.

Connecting the equipment
Dave walks through our base station, including the backup power supply, edge computer and cellular connection. He explains how that arrangement lets us carry sensor readings online independently of the facility’s local network and support the system remotely.
He also discusses working with existing equipment. Useful data may already be available from a meter or machine; our role is to connect it and bring related readings together on a centralized dashboard.
What people do with the readings
The conversation moves from hardware to the questions teams ask about their operations. Temperature and equipment data, for example, can help explain why heating continued over a weekend and support a discussion about the schedule.
Dave also describes how continuous monitoring follows a project before and after a change. The same record helps the people doing the work show its effect to colleagues. Staff engagement is a recurring theme: people can see what happened after they acted.
