We attended EMC’s Manufacturing Excellence Forum in Abbotsford on 16 October 2025. This one was close to our West Coast office, and we met manufacturers and other people working in the industry.
The programme included integrated management systems, youth in manufacturing and business growth. Those subjects sit alongside the equipment and production questions we encounter in our work, and it was useful to spend time with the people responsible for them.
We appreciated the chance to make connections locally. Working with a facility starts with understanding what its team is trying to do, and these events give us time to meet people and hear about their businesses.
